Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for various reasons, but the biggest is enabling collaboration between groups that aren't in the exact location. It allows us to brainstorm similarly to how we would in a working session in person. We each provide ideas via notes and create boards, ensuring the conversation flows.

It's allowed us to ensure that everyone's voice is heard during a brainstorming meeting. With remote workers or workers across locations, getting the planning done for projects was often led by few, and not everyone's voice was heard. This software allows us to ensure everyone has access to providing their feedback and reviewing what's provided by others.

If you are looking for an application that allows collaboration between various users who may not be in the exact location, I'd recommend Miro. Brainstorming and planning project tasks or deliverables is recommended. I would not recommend it to track the project itself, timing, etc... This takes the place of a whiteboard and ensures those notes are captured and available, unlike true whiteboards.
