We use monday.com for project management and integration, both within our department and between departments across the organization. We utilize boards for sales prospecting, tracking client status and deliverables, communicating deliverables to other internal departments, and more.
Pros
- Boards are simple to build with the supplied templates, so we don't need to waste time on a complicated process.
- Board automations are simple to set up and ensure consistent results without the need for manual processes.
- Setting up notifications allows us to communicate clearly between departments while cutting down on email clutter.
Cons
- I would like to see more robust options when it comes to the board templates.
- The integration between separate workspaces within the organization could be smoother.
- Make it easy to set up automated deadline reminders for specific tasks.
This has been a definite time-saver and since we started using the platform nearly 2 years ago, I cannot recall a single outage or technical issue. Very impressive reliability overall.
