Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our marketing team has many, many projects going at once. We also have sub-teams within our primary team. We use monday.com so that everyone can see what everyone else is working on at any given time, as well as to track what we've accomplished. We use monday.com for our blog's content calendar, social media calendars for two different organizations on 10+ platforms, daily task management, collaboration, and as a central hub for many important documents or brainstorm session notes.
  • Flexibility - No matter what the project or challenge, we've been able to find a way to do it in Monday.
  • Collaboration - It's so incredibly easy to collaborate with other team members.
  • Automations - The automations in monday.com help streamline processes and save us time.
  • I wish there was a way to auto-populate the date column within a group so that there's one item for every day of the month.
  • Sometimes I wish there were more color options - or that you could use custom colors.
  • I wish monday.com could directly integrate with every major social platform to eliminate the need for a service like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Time savings has been significant
  • Our team is better connected
  • Redundancy planning is easier because anyone can pick up where someone else left off
monday.com is a complex platform with many variables, but it all makes sense. While it might take some time to get the hang of everything you want to do, but there is no question that it can be done. There are so many help resources that if you're stuck, it's easy to get help.
I have never needed direct customer support, but the database of other users' questions and the answers from monday.com team members have almost always been able to solve my problem.
I can't think of a single time in the last year when monday.com has been down long enough for it to be a concern (if at all). I expect the occasional hiccup with any platform, and monday.com's reliability has truly never been a problem.

monday.com has been a fantastic tool for our in-house marketing team. I think any sort of creative or development team would find a hundred different ways to improve their processes with monday.com. I would even use monday.com to organize chores at home if I thought it would have any impact on whether or not they get done!
