Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

I currently use NetSuite ERP for its CRM functionalities. As a sales employee, NetSuite helps me log all my sales information so management can full visibility. I believe a business problem the product could address would to ease up the Marketing features so when a beginner on NetSuite wants to run their own campaigns they're able to do it without IT's help!

Honestly, Salesforce is not an ERP but rather a CRM solution. So from sales prespective, I've used Sales Force for mainly CRM purposes. NetSuite is more of an all in one shop. ERP and a CRM. So from adapting to have just Sales capabilities to an all around system. L

I give this rating because NetSuite serves all types of businesses and departments. I mean from Supply Chain, Financials, Sales, and even Human Resources. NetSuite is all stop shop that serves every single department to achieve their goals and maintain a healthy company status. The usability at NetSuite is nothing like another solution.
I havent worked with NetSuite support so hard to give you a proper review. But Ive had honest reviews that some of their support tickets are not beung delivered on time which can cause confusion from the client given that NetSuite holds sensitive information. Anyways, again I cant give a full review because of this
From a sales perspective - NetSuite is great for all companies. NetSuite can solve many problems and issues that companies in pre-revenue to enterprise levels can benefit from. NetSuite has the ability to grow with a company but to also serve enterprise needs so a company cannot over grow NetSuite.
