Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Basic phone service is easy to overlook. But without a dial tone everything else falls apart. Nextiva Business Phone Service has provided very highly reliable service for us consistently for years. Off of that strong foundation they have many reliable services allowing us to use a variety of desk phones and soft phones. We depend on their call center for our advertising and enjoy the same reliability. Nextiva Business Phone Service services just work for us, that reliability cannot be overstated when daily operations rely on communication.

  • Advertising is expensive. That is money wasted when the phone doesn't work. Nextiva Business Phone Service has not let us down.
  • Much time is saved in managing the service when we can manage it all on Nextiva Business Phone Service instead of several vendors.
In my opinion, none of them could match the flexibility and ease of use we have with Nextiva Business Phone Service. Spoke and RingCentral did not measure up to our various needs. With Twilio there is not much that cannot be customized, but it is a much steeper learning curve. Nextiva Business Phone Service checked all of our boxes and comes in a well packaged box with great tech support.

In my experience, Nextiva Business Phone Service is very reliable. I very rarely have any technical issues. The admin portal is easy for us to manage and they have a wide variety of services that meet all of our needs. On the rare occasion that I need support, it is easy to get in contact with someone and is usually solved on the first communication. Although Nextiva Business Phone Service does give access to the Broadsoft API, it is not as robust as our delevoper wishes it to be. Nextiva Business Phone Service does provide some integrations, but it has been difficult to build custom integrations.
