Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
We use OneCause to help take in money at our nonprofit fundraising events. We use it to facilitate silent auctions, mystery gift purchases, and to make donations at the event.
- Good customer service.
- Pretty flexible program.
- Quick support responses.
- I think the default landing pages could have a better look and aesthetic. It looks pretty dated as of now.
- In my most recent event experience, our event consultant and their boss did not have the same price info. That caused some confusion for all of us, but especially me. I had to push back a lot in order to not be charged more than quoted. That was a first. More upfront pricing would be great.
- It would be nice to be able to edit multiple items at once - with more than just the options it gives now.
- Definitely time saved during the event.
- For sure more money brought in because of ease of use.
- All of my events are the same, and sometimes having the same prep calls can be long and tedious. In that way, it doesn't feel like the best use of time. I know they are valuable but I wish there was a way to tighten them up. Especially for people who have been with OneCause for so long and aren't doing many things differently.
I have also used Bidding for Good -- a FrontStream product. The main reason I choose OneCause over the others is the customer service and the in-person staffing option. And you are focused on providing event-based services -- GiveSmart is trying to be everything and it's too much.
