Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office
Ooma Office supports our official company phone number. We use it in the office, our laptops, and through the mobile app. It is being used by everyone in the office. Ooma Office solved two main business problems. It reduced our phone and fax service costs significantly and it provided easy mobile access to calls and messages.

- Saved over $100.00 a month.
- Provides a mobile app that is easy to access and use.
- Provides a desktop solution that is easy to access and use.

- Desktop phone app could be included in basic plan instead of extra.
- Voicemail transcription could be included in basic plan instead of extra.
- Positive - Reduced monthly costs.

- Positive - Allowed us to port our # and use existing phone.
We didn't actually try or do any research on any other service since I had Ooma at home for 7 years before and was confident it would work for us.
