Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

It took me a while to get used to the platform. I still feel like there are features that I am not using to the full potential. A deeper walkthrough of the features in the beginning might be more helpful.
It is being used by our marketing and sales departments. It streamlines our prospecting and account development.
  • Automates email prospecting to save time and resources
  • Provides useful analytics that help determine effectiveness of messaging
  • The dialer really helps making calls quicker and freeing up more time for other prospecting
  • Greater ability to modify scheduled date of sequences
  • Greater overview of notes from Salesforce.(I still have to go back and forth between the two more than I would like)
  • The dialer can be slow at times.
  • Outreach has helped me increase my pipeline and enhance the content that I send to prospects.
  • It also has freed up time that was used previously for manual activities. I can now make more calls and focus on other things.
  • I have also seen more answers to phone calls by using the outreach dialer.
I have used other platforms including MixMax and Tout. Outreach has been much more reliable when it comes to results. I wasn't involved in the selection process for any of these though.
Outreach is well suited for me as an account development manager. My job is to contact and get a hold of as many people as possible in order to schedule demonstrations of our product for our sales team. Outreach helps me maximize my time and results.

Our sales team uses Outreach but they do not really prospect so it becomes more of a tool to just send emails.
