Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We are currently using PathFactory for a number of our Nurture campaigns, like weekly newsletters and webinar promotions. Our main area of use is in Demand Gen. It is addressing our need to educate prospects in a more localized, contextual way.

  • Accelerates the nurture process to warm leads to a buying stage.
  • The UI is a bit busy.
  • Reporting on performance is a bit tough to find.
  • We have seen more deals closing from our newsletter program.
  • We have seen more engaged audiences post-webinar when we send follow-up recordings alongside contextual content.
  • Sales has more confidence going into conversations with leads we get from our PathFactory tracks.
We have certainly seen an increase in our marketing results from leveraging the PathFactory platform, and have begun looking for ways to further integrate it with our marketing tech stack, as well as other programs we're looking to run. We have formed stronger leads that close more effectively from the campaigns we have run through PathFactory.
The initial process of learning any new software, PathFactory included, took some time. There are definitely a lot of bells and whistles, and as mentioned, the UI can get a bit busy, but once you know your way around, it's extremely easy to mimic success. Once the team got up to speed, we were off to the races, and it's been great.
It has absolutely helped us. We tee up relevant content, based on what we know a prospect has converted on, and let them interact with what makes sense to them, both in terms of content type and content topic. We have seen more closed business from newsletters and webinars by leveraging PathFactory than before using it, so that's always a great sign.
PathFactory has transformed how we approach a traditional nurture experience. We are much more able to promote a number of contextual pieces of content, based on the interest that a prospect has shown, and get warmer leads to sales. It's given us a medium to cross-promote various forms of high-performing content.
