Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

I use Pathfactory to know how long our ebooks have been read, their title and what's their main topic. It's usually the only information i get
  • Track users
  • Create categories
  • What does the time of opening exactly means (active scrolling ? Open in a tab?)
  • I didn't noticed much use of it in my activity. The time spent on an ebook doesn't always reflect the interest of someone in a topic.
I'm not able to see at my level if my company benefited of it or not. I quickly scroll down on Salesforce every time that one of my leads read an ebook to see the topic to pick a sequence, I see how long they spent on it but that's not an information I'll be able to use afterwards. Ebooks leads are not the one that convert the most so I tend to go through it quickly as well.
It was already in Salesforce when I arrived
That aspect of the software doesn't impact my activity

This is my first real position so I've never used any similar software before
Path factory is a good insight but hard to use when calling someone for the first time. We can't call saying 'Hi, I've seen that you spent 12 minutes (or just say "a lot of time") reading this earlier" because we sound intrusive really easily.
