Paycom is an integrated payroll and human capital management software that we use extensively in our organization to streamline how we manage our employees. It gives us access to a number of reliable tools for recruitment, payroll, talent and HR management all of that in a single solution. Its used in the whole of our organization as it stores all the employee information securely and also forming the basis for other crucial HR procedures. Its reliable and gives us flexibility in managing our employees

  • In case of problems in setting up the software, the vendor offers training to new users either online, in person or documentation.
  • Manages and submits payroll on time.
  • Being an online solution, its affected by poor internet connections in its working.
