Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom helps us with everything from onboarding new employees, managing benefits, staying compliant, and keeping accurate reports.

While I wasn't involved in the selection process when it came to my current company, I have worked with other payroll providers in the past, and can honestly say that you get what you pay for. When the company is willing to invest in a quality HRIS product such as Paycom, they will be satisfied with the end results.
Support is okay, but I’m constantly getting different answers from different people. When I'm able to reach my dedicated specialist, I'm usually happy with the results, but I rarely get to talk with one specific person. I'm always being transferred to other team members.
Paycom is very user friendly. Each product they offer is broken down into easy to guide steps when it comes to setup. Both for administrator users and for employees.
