Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is used by our organization for a full HRIS system. We use it for payroll, employee management, learning, and so much more.

- There have been times where receiving an accurate response about a problem from the specialist can be challenging.
- Sometimes the system makes things more complicated than it seems like it needs to be.
- Paycom allows us to easily view employee files in a simple matter.
- There are dashboards that make tracking and data easily accessible.
Paycom is an all-inclusive system that has a lot to offer. We were impressed by all of the features and benefits of WorkForce, but WorkForce does not have its own payroll processing system or time clocks which was a big detractor for our organization.
