Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

It is being used for onboarding, timekeeping and attendance tracking.
  • Knowledge of some of the systems.
  • User-friendly in some areas.
  • Terrible service and implementation staff.
  • I went from working 50 hours a week to 75 hours a week due to having to sort out Paycor issues.
The system overall is great. The scheduling could use some upgrading and the timecards could too.
I launched all 3 of the above and they were all hands-on with training, implementation, and issues. This group answers emails and calls when they want and did a several web meetings. 90% of the work was on me.
Out of all my implementations that I have done, this was the absolute worse. I was sold that this was an easy to use system that would save me time and streamline things. I am currently working all day on Sunday trying to straighten Paycor issues out.
