Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use it as our full HRIS system. Onboarding, time cards, org structure, everything. It helps us run the business with ease and greatly reduces our admin time spent working on tedious tasks that need to be done to keep the business afloat. I know my colleague also uses it heavily for tax and compliance purposes.

We use it for payroll and tax purposes heavily. Time tracking is also much easier, as every pay week we don't have to physically sit down and adjust everyone's hours. I would love a reminder feature for employees to clock in/out. Maybe they set up preferred times when they first get the app and then reminders are sent at those times? Overall, it has greatly reduced our admin time
We LOVE the impressions! We use them heavily to weigh promotions, merit increases, etc. They are such a great way to help build our culture and make our employees feel appreciated. We use community to send out big announcements, like open enrollment. Surprisingly, they don't get many views though. I'm not sure how that could be remedied, but something to think about.
Paylocity was implemented before I arrived. However, compared to the other HRIS systems out there, it seems like it has the best balance of easy to use/has all the tools that we need to succeed. Many other companies may have better of either, but Paylocity has the best balance.
