Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

As a whole, the diocese of St. Petersburg uses Paylocity for all employees, from hire date to date of leaving. I, personally use Paylocity every two weeks to record payroll for each pay period and at year-end, run W2s for our staff at St. Matthew's. Customer Service at Paylocity is very helpful when needed to address a problem such as GL00 reporting.
  • Recording payroll.
  • Issuing bi weekly checks through direct deposit.
  • Reporting activity as it occurs.
  • Easier to find drop down menus for particular subject.
  • YouTube tutorials on navigating Paylocity?
  • Not make too many changes to routing procedures.
  • As a non profit ROI is not applicable.
Streamline to the payroll process. We are making it easy to prepare bi-weekly payroll. Easy to run necessary reports. Year-end processing is easy.
Did not use, was an employee only receiving a paycheck from the company.

Easy to use for time card entry, batch processing, and entering deductions and add-ons. Report feature is easy to use once the right report is found. Better report descriptions might be helpful for first-time users. Sometimes trying to find the right report is difficult because the description is worded differently.
