Overall Satisfaction with PCRecruiter
We use PCRecruiter to track all recruitment activity. It is our ATS used by all internal recruitment teams. It keeps track of all applicants, client interviews, and starts. It's something that we use to keep track of all processes. It isn't the most fancy ATS, but it works for our company's needs. The customer service team is great!
Pros
- Customer service when you have an issue
- Easy to merge duplicate candidates
- Fairly easy configuration
Cons
- Navigation can be a bit tedious
- If it's a difficult issue, can take awhile to fix
- Needs more available integrations
- Able to calculate true cost of hire per source
- Able to calculate business brought in per sales person
- Able to calculate revenue earned per recruiter
- Bullhorn ATS & CRM and CareerBuilder.com
I think for ease of use, it's better for smaller companies. Other ATSs are more flashy but can have too many features. This is an ATS that you can scale up or down. The configuration is easier to use for a single admin user. Also, can have as many candidates as possible.
