Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io
We are currently using Pendo to track how our users interact with our website. We can shore up little used features or refine features that are used more frequently by our end user. It was very easy to setup and use. The dash boards give me a quick view of how many users and customers are using the system on a day to day/week to week/month to month basis.
The support has been awesome from responses in the company Slack channel to quick and helpful email ticket resolution. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an easy to setup and use analytics tool I'd recommend Pendo.
Pros

- A lot of great analytics to help make better decisions.
Cons
- One or two areas of the UI could be cleaned up.
- Nothing.
- Else I can think of.
- Positive in that we are making better decisions on where to focus our efforts.
- Positive that we have a better understanding of what to ask when reaching out to customers.
- Positive that we're able to share analytics quickly and easily with the rest of the company.
