Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io

We are currently using Pendo to track how our users interact with our website. We can shore up little used features or refine features that are used more frequently by our end user. It was very easy to setup and use. The dash boards give me a quick view of how many users and customers are using the system on a day to day/week to week/month to month basis.

The support has been awesome from responses in the company Slack channel to quick and helpful email ticket resolution. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an easy to setup and use analytics tool I'd recommend Pendo.

Mixpanel was a more labor intensive to setup and use. We had to divert developer resources to tag each feature and deploy code. With Pendo a non-technical/non-developer can tag elements on the webpage and it is a huge time saver to get information back faster and cheaper.
Well suited if you would like to know how users are interacting with your website and what features are used the most or not. You can share information and run reports. Look at quick snapshots of how long people are spending on the site. Allow guide tutorials if you have new features that you want show users.
