Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore has been an AMAZING tool for our entire company! We use Procore across the whole board from office staff all the way through our field workers. It gives us instant communication and organization for all of our projects we are handling at once. It produces a transparent work environment that keeps everyone accountable.
- One of my favorite examples is the submittal tab. I can track and assign details to particular individuals for quick, easy submitting and reviewing!
- The daily log helps our office keep tabs on the hours our field workers put in but also what they have going on everyday. It's a wonderful tool that creates a timeline for the project.
- The last one I really do like, and I know is something small is the Directory. I can't tell you how handy it is to keep all my subs for one job together. I don't need to go searching through any emails looking for a lost contact.
- It would be an amazing tool to have an instant chat system built in.
- I think Procore could use some work in the Change Events tab. I currently have to go in and close out every RFQ within the changes. It would be nice if when a Change is "closed" it would automatically close the RFQ's within.
- I would love to be able to create a standard submittal list that automatically was inputted when creating new projects.
We have benefited because it gave everyone real time access to all the information on projects.

Yes - We were only using outlook and our server to process all the paperwork alongside sage for our accounting. We replaced them because the organization wasn't there and it was difficult to track things.

No - Procore is pretty straight forward. Unless we have new employees who can't grasp the basic functions, I would suggest some training classes be provided outside of the videos.
Yes - It was on the changes RFQ process. When a change was closed the RFQ would stay open.
Just about every month. They are so many tools on Procore and they are always so helpful when I need it.
