Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is mostly used by our Project Management department but is also used by our Project Design team. We also share the software with our manufacturing partners and contractors onsite for each project. We use it to track RFIs, material submittals, email correspondence and tracking, schedules/timeline management, shop drawing reviews and approvals.
- RFI tool: sends auto email to RFI recipients when RFI's are overdue.
- Self manages and auto-generates email reminders to consultants.
- Material submittal tracking tool
- Email tracking tool: you can email the job directly to an email address for the project within Procore. You can also copy pertinent emails to each respective job that were not emailed directly to the job email address through the Procore Drive tool.
- Easily upload and manage project schedules through the scheduling tool and Procore Drive
- I wish that you could drag an email attachment directly from Outlook into Procore (i.e. drawings, pictures, etc.). You have to file email attachments on your computer, then click and drag them to within Procore which is tedious and time-consuming.
We use the drawing tool and upload all drawings for a project so that they can be accessed by all sub-trades and manufacturing partners realtime.
- Positive time management savings with the RFI and submittal tools and the auto-generated emails when reviews are overdue by consultants.
- Email attachments have to be saved on the computer before uploading to Procore. You cannot click and drag an attachment directly to Procore from your email.
