Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are a specialty contractor in the HVAC industry. Procore allows our staff, whether they be out in the field or in the office, to be able to access the information on one single platform that they will need to run all sized construction projects, from reviewing drawings and specifications to procurement and progress claims.
- Drawing management.
- Quality assurance (Inspections).
- Reporting.
- Budgets.
- Specifications tool could be more user friendly.
- Its integration with ERP is not as comprehensive as we would like.
- Equipment tool is in its infancy and needs work.
- Definitely a time saver for creating commitments to suppliers.
- We are more productive in the field having instant access to drawings and specs.
- Progress claims are very quick and simple to produce.
We've integrated Sage 300 recently with Procore, and this has had a positive impact in that our financials are much more real time, which project managers find an essential part of knowing just where their projects sit at any given time.
We are not a big user of the Daily Log tool, so cannot comment.
Not relevant, we train people to use Procore as part of our onboarding process.
Procore provides amazing support for their product, and listen to their customers feedback and strive to implement their ideas into the tools of the platform.
