Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling for my benefits management as an employee. It addresses the problems of collecting multiple providers and benefits and seamlessly putting it into a simple, customer-friendly, system. The scope of my use case is setting up my insurance policies and medical coverage policies for myself and my family members.
  • User interface is easy to use
  • Color scheme is very relaxing
  • Directions are clear and simple to follow
  • Customer service and feedback loops are tight and appreciated
  • More summarized walkthroughs of medical plans
  • Education help centers around policies and specific insurance types

The color scheme of the Rippling platform, in comparison to the TriNet platform is far and away better. What it has done for me as an employee is improved my outlook on my managers. With this new color scheme through Rippling, my managers care about how I feel and what they expose me to.

Having next to no experience with employee management platforms in the past. Using Rippling made me feel as an expert in the space due to the high functionality of the platform. The directions were to the point and very clear, it made me enjoy the process that traditionally can be a headache.
Rippling, as an employee management platform is well suited for the use of companies, all shapes and sizes for a few different reasons. First, they make it an easy process for employees to get set up, quickly with the platform - it took me less than 15 minutes to onboard all of y information.
