Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We have utilized all the HR capabilities including ZipRecruiter, HR HelpDesk, Employee Handbook Wizard) it has saved valuable time creating a comprehensive handbook. we are to make changes quickly as company policy change or laws change and affect the handbook. Seamless notification to all employees for handbook change acknowledgements and saving documentation.
We manage payroll, timekeeping, PTO, benefits, hiring and onboarding, background checks, employee handbook, HR forms, company property tracking, employee files. Ease of the chat to handle questions. We have also partnered with ADP to manage employee 401K's and were using them for workers compensation. handling advances and loans to employees is easy to track.

  • Reports are more timely than our former PEO
  • More flexibility in getting payroll submitted allows us to catch any errors before submission. we do not have to rush.
None have complained about it's use and seem to have confidence in the knowledge of how to utilize the Employee Access Portal.
I do not discuss with the employees their usage of the portal. That is their personal business. They just know we are here to support them if they have questions about use or access.
Our former PEO was taken over by Vensure HR while we were transitioning to ADP so we have limited experience with them. Resource Management was the name formerly. They did a good job but were not very up to date with the technology. We were still receiving paper reports.

I do not have specific scenarios to cite. It suits our use but it would be nice to customize some of the features. The Timecards are not tracking total hours for the exempt employees and I have not been able to find the timecard reports archived somewhere. Our full time exempt employees track their time in case the owner ever questions their hours. I have no way to go back and support them in proving their hours.
