Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Accounts payable, receivable, and GL is all in Sage.
  • User interface.
  • Hard to fix mistakes.
  • Integrated AR aging allows us to collect missing payments.
Reports are quick to generate and sometimes printed as a "web page" instead of Excel as requested. Nice to track AR accounts, and I find payables to be the best aspect of Sage.

I figured it out myself, the only confusing part is remembering/realizing there are sub-tabs beneath each large tab (the Company tab has "All," "Setup" and "Admin," but they are so difficult to find if you've never used those sections before. You don't think to look up into the grey text.

I wasn't involved in the selection. Sage is much nicer to look at and has a much better community and better customization compared to my previous accounting software.
Works well for our accounting purposes. Simple to pull reports!
