Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is being used by our BDR team for inbound and outbound activities. SalesLoft solves the problem of ensuring a consistent buying experience for our future customers, as well as providing great visibility into team activity and effectiveness. One of the issues our team had was visibility into the timeliness of responses to inbound requests. By implementing an inbound cadence using some of SalesLoft's automation rules, the marketing team is able to have visibility and metrics around timeliness to response as well as how many touches it takes to book a demo.
  • Amazing interface. SalesLoft's user interface is one of the best I've seen from a SaaS product. This cut down my learning time dramatically and allowed me to get value quicker.
  • Variety of use cases. SalesLoft's core cadence functionality has more uses than the expected outbound calling approach. Their resources section has more ideas for those interested.
  • Customer Success. They have a good support team, but I wish I had a dedicated rep that was interested in our team's success.
  • License structure. I wish admin licenses for some users who do occasional check-ins didn't count the same as people making hundreds of calls.
  • Improved inbound conversion rate.
  • Improved sales rep productivity.
SalesLoft holds weekly onboarding webinars to do introductory training. Their reps are friendly and take time to answer every question you may have. Their support and account executive team is also lightning fast at getting back to you if you have any technical questions or want to purchase more licenses.
SalesLoft easily integrates with Salesforce, which is the most important integration for our use case. They have other integrations as well for video support, direct mail, and intent data. We will explore these options more in the future.
We evaluated SalesLoft against RingDNA. We chose SalesLoft because our BDR team loved the interface and local dial capabilities SalesLoft provided. Picking a platform was a priority, so we did not do as much thorough evaluation as others might.
SalesLoft is an amazing sales engagement and acceleration tool. This obviously makes it a key tool for outbound SDR/BDR teams that need to do prospecting and follow up. SalesLoft is also great for handling inbound requests or event follow up because the platform is designed for users to deliver a systematic and uniform message to their contacts.
