We had integrated the SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) with HubSpot. It was a bi-directional sync. This sync helped marketing teams to run campaigns more easily by including personalization tokens directly from the CRM. We also created triggers (alerts) to create tasks for respective SDRs (based on the territory mapped in the CDP) whenever there was any engagement or reply on marketing email.
