Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors is our core HR application. We use multiple modules, from recruiting to hiring new employees through goals and performance.
  • SAP SuccessFactors is highly customizable.
  • SAP SuccessFactors can be scaled to any size company.
  • SAP SuccessFactors integrates with hundreds of other products.
  • Some features such as learning are complex to deploy
  • A certified partner is needed for provisioning
  • SAP SuccessFactors has allowed us to streamline paper processes.
  • SAP SuccessFactors allows for Realtime reporting.
  • SAP SuccessFactors is a tool employees enjoy using.
SAP SuccessFactors allows many different ways to integrate with other systems. I would have given it a higher score, however, the configuration of integrations can be a complex and tedious process.
SAP SuccessFactors has allowed my company to comply with the ever changing political requirements that are given to our utility.

SAP SuccessFactors is well suited to perform and track employee's performance annually. There is a robust reporting feature that allows the organization to compare employees to themselves and others. SAP SuccessFactors does not allow administrators of end users to customize a large number of items.
