Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SuccessFactors is currently our source system for employee data. We are currently identifying processes that can be transitioned and utilized in the system and get rid of manual processes.
  • Employee Central Workflows.
  • Learning management and deployment.
  • Onboarding of new employees.
  • Managing the recruiting module.
  • Integration between Employee Central and Learning.
  • Support Teams involved in resolving issues when creating tickets.
  • Transparency to managers and employees.
  • Increased self-service allowing managers and employees to submit personnel changes.
  • Dashboard and metrics.
The integration center makes it easy to create flat files to submit via SFTP with many of our vendors. However, CPI requires a specific worker with a skill set to program integrations/APIs with external vendors. It is not as easy as Integration Center and also forces customers to require a certified support partner if a skilled worker is not an option.
Global compliance standards does not apply to our company.
SuccessFactors allows significant flexibility and customization as compared to ADP Enterprise, which is currently used for payroll.

SuccessFactors is a strong solution to support customers with various needs. A complete integrated solution with various modules, although there is room for improvement, each enhancement release twice a year continues to allow better use of the system. It continues to evolve, benefiting the customers with additional functionality and improving or resolving pain points identified by customers.
