Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We use ScreenConnect to support our users remotely and quickly.
- I think I like the ability for the users to get connected to me quickly and without much fuss. Of course, I still have users that struggle, but the ScreenConnect product seems to work the easiest for my clients.
- I like Mac OS support, that's pretty handy.
- Reboot and reconnect is a must have. Thanks for providing it.
- I would really like a ScreenConnect client for iPads, iPhones and Android tablets.
- It's hard to calculate ROI as ScreenConnect is so inexpensive. I mean what do I pay for a year of ScreenConnect? A couple hundred dollars? I guess my ROI is 100%! I seem to get an awful lot for not very much money. And the money I make on service for my clients pays for an entire year of SreenConnect in two hours. That's a pretty good ROI in my book.
Comparing ScreenConnect to TeamViewer? Come on, TeamViewer is free and you get what you pay for. Bomgar is a great product but you'll go broke buying it for a team of technicians. RealVNC, junk. GoToMyPC, well, it works pretty decently but it's really not intended for remote client support. Even though I like ScreenConnect so much I still try other products, I'm always evaluating.
