Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
ScreenConnect is used by our support staff to provide technical support and training services to our clients.
- Very quick connection.
- Can have multiple sessions open.
- Supports 2 factor authentication.
- Reporting is our largest issue. Reporting on access by client for example does not exist.
- ScreenConnect is less expensive than our previous system with 90% of the functionality, so for us it was a good investment.
The main advantage of ScreenConnect is that there are plans to integrate with ConnectWise. It does not today but when that happens that will be a huge advantage. ScreenConnect is a bit easier and allows for fast connections than our previous product.
