Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

I am the primary user of SharpSpring in a marketing admin capacity. SharpSpring is linked to our Salesforce and I have a team of sales professional that use the software regularly. I use SharpSpring to build marketing funnels, track engagement, send outbound email communications, build lead nurturing funnels/landing pages, track media resources, and use the page builder to build out other subdomain marketing assets like demos site, product launch site, and more. All in an effort to convert leads/prospects to pass on to my reps and then continue to engage them past first conversion.

SharpSpring gives me the marketing automation infrastructure I need to build my companies modern sophisticated marketing apparatus to engage and capture new leads and then continue the nurturing process till the final sale...and beyond.
  • Building Landing Page Funnels - Runs on Bootstrap and is easy to modify
  • Straight Forward Action Based Automations - Simple workflow are easy
  • Email Builder is great - They've made big improvement in this area
  • Custom Form Field - Weakest point of the software for me. Hard to make custom field and options are limited
  • Nuanced Automations are Hard - Lacking some more advanced automation capacities and options
  • Hard Bounces / Suppressions - Very aggressive suppression engine means that active subscribers are "bounced" then removed from email lists suddenly without much recourse
  • 1500% increase in new name organic lead capture on our website
  • Conversion funnels have greatly impacted overall engagement and filled the gap for interest-->consideration nurturing
  • Deeper insights on engagement and our audience
I've used a variety of marketing automation systems but I've used SharpSpring longer than any of the others. Given the price point and feature available I would say that SharpSpring is one of the best automation platforms for small to medium sized teams. I found it much easier to use that eTrigue, very analogous to HubSpot, and lightyears past Mailchimp and Wufoo.

SharpSpring is a great choice for a small team running on a budget. It has most the big features you'd expect from a full stack marketing automation system. I think it's essential to have a savvy marketing automation user to use the software to it's full capacity though.
