Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Since we all work remotely, we use Slack as a form of instant communication throughout the day. We are able to communicate with whoever we need to quickly, without having to wait for an email response. Our use of Slack has even evolved to having meetings over a Slack Huddle instead of Zoom or Google Meet.

Slack is the primary instant communication platform I have used, so I don't have much exact comparison. I can say that Slack is extremely user-friendly! Our team consists of people of all ages and different levels of computer skills, and everyone is able to use Slack. Slack provided our company with a way to stay in constant communication while working remotely. It solved a major problem that the pandemic presented to us.
