Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop's remote access is used when we need to work remotely from home. It was mostly used during the pandemic when we had stay at home orders. Recently, I use it to access my work computer when needed after regular work hours. The remote access addresses problems of not being able to physically be in the office.

Splashtop exceeds our need for providing secure remote access. I do like the fact that there is two-factor authorization if you are logging in from a new computer or device. I have never had an issue with the security and enjoy the measures Splashtop takes in order for the most secure access to your account and computer.
When we were looking for a new remote access software, I found that figuring out how to set up the streamer and how to remote into my computer was very simple and straightforward. I only followed the instructions provided in the download screen and did not require any additional help in setting up the connection and the applications on our devices. I thought it was very user friendly and easy to set up.
Yes - We had to replace TeamViewer because the cost was too high and we found that Splashtop had the same features at a fraction of the cost.
