Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk for all of our inbound and outbound calls on the sales team. We also use it for training purposes and quality assurance. Our Talkdesk is used in conjunction with Salesforce, making it really easy for our team to "click to talk".
  • Talkdesk makes it really easy to review and download calls
  • The desktop app is helpful
  • Salesforce integration saves a lot of time
  • When disconnecting from talkdesk and unplugging my headset, the settings become default even after I put my headset back into my laptop and causes the audio to come out of my computer instead of headset so some reconfiguring is needed. It doesn't take long.
  • From a training perspective, it has been instrumental on our sales team to be able to go back, listen to calls and use them for future sales trainings.
Well suited for a sales team to make calls and review calls.
