Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk to communicate with our hosts (property owners), guests, suppliers used by the company as a whole though mainly operational.

  • Occasional syncing issues with Salesforce so data isn't fetched.
  • Occasional glitches i.e 'fetching data' when a call comes through or getting stuck on a status.
  • Average handle times have improved due to Talkdesk's clear reporting features.

Super user-friendly, simple UI. One-click answering has been really helpful, especially to reduce customer waiting times, therefore, improving customer satisfaction. It was really easy to set up and start using. We were all up and running, ready to take our first call after a quick 10-minute team introduction meeting.
In my experience using Talkdesk, things have run smoothly which has allowed us to greatly utilize the service and improve our customer relationships. Even if there are issues, they are usually resolved quickly without much impact on our work, making it a very reliable app to use on a daily basis.

I have never worked with support directly, but our technical manager has been able to quickly access help whenever they need something.
I use Talkdesk every day when communicating with clients and suppliers. I've never had any problems with hearing our customers and vice versa - super reliable service with minimal issues. This app is perfect for day-to-day use. Easy to sync with Salesforce CRM which helps with workflow.
