Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub
We use Tealium iQ and Tealium EventStream as client-side and server-side tag management solutions. These products are also part of a broader customer data infrastructure for our company. We also use Tealium as part of our privacy and consent compliance infrastructure, since it is directly connected to our data capture.

Utilizing a single comprehensive solution from Tealium mades it easy for us to build privacy compliance into our data collection and activation. This is an area where other solution providers whose stacks have been pieced together through acquisitions can be very difficult to integrate. In the case of Tealium, we started with just TiQ and then later added EventStream, and found that plugging in additional solution components has been very straightforward and well integrated.
Tealium Customer Data Hub has architected an end-to-end solution where some other solution providers have attempted to integrate various acquired technologies, and in many case not so well. In comparison with Google Tag Manager, being able to utilize support and professional services directly from the technology provider has met our needs much better than obtaining these services through agency partners.
