Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
we use teamviewer for supporting our agent of selling, they have installed it on work android samsung tablet and we support them in various problem. We also use quick support to let our tecnician connect to our pc or servers and solve problem ,installa new software, give assistance and similar

at this time, we have no ROI, because in past we are using some free app. For sure this team viewer product is better and more secure, but we need time to get a ROI
for inside computer, we use also ultra vnc, which is fast, and free. it is fast and cheap for us, even if there are less security options, like remote computer cannot confirm remote assistance. For some device like zebra handheld for worksrs (like mc33 ) we use AnyDesk wich is more fast and lioghtweight

the implementation of team viewer was very fast, no time for adoption. just install it on remote computer and install the assistant version. i think that 10 is the rate that best evaluate team viewer because is very fast and easy, and also the remote user loves it beacause of it's easy to use
unfortunately we do not use any of these security features. In the future we want to use two factor autentication to avoid fraudolent assistant on the pc of our agents
