Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
Our small business was using TeamViewer to remotely connect to client devices and internal devices within our network. The goal was to easily and securely do the work on remote devices, to change configurations, debug problems, reduce errors and simplify internal processes. These are key business objectives for our business
- Remote networking
- Remote bug fixing
- High security
- Cost
- Customer support
- Client onboarding
- Saved hundreds of hours having to travel to clients on-site
- Central management of multiple internal devices streamlined workflow
Straight away, but use alternative product with the same result now.
- Zoom
TeamViewer better at centrally managing lots of workstations and devices, but not as straightforward as Zoom for client customer support. Most of our clients (who are less technically proficient) use Zoom regularly so it was easier to support them on an individual basis than trying to onboard them with TeamViewer.
