Overall Satisfaction with Trello
Our whole organization uses Trello for project management. We use it to keep track of the issues, bugs or any updates related to web applications or any android, desktop application I'm developing. Trello is very easy to get started with as it is more tech-oriented than most of the project management tools used by our organization. This tool makes it easy to collaborate with others on a project because we can see a list of all the activities during our absence or presence. Our project manager can track what tasks are assigned to the team and can check individual employee's tasks.
- Project Management is done in a very easy and simple way.
- Trello helps to collaborate with teams when working on the same projects.
- The best thing is that there is an option to attach files.
- Trello has a professional appeal which gives a sense of accomplishment as when tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Moving cards from one list to another list to update the completion of the task helps my organization to track the progress of the tasks under any project.
- The search is not good. It's really hard if we have to search in subcategories.
- User interface needs to be worked upon.
- There should be a notification feature which is missing so that we can get notified on desktop/app instead of visiting to see updates.
- Teams are organised in a better way. It has improved the overall productivity of my organisation.
- It has saved us lots of money as it has a free version.
- Trello provides a forum where my team members can share thoughts.
