Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our two reps - HR and technical - have been outstanding. Very responsive, quick to provide solutions or advice depending on what we need. Highly recommend.
Everything is accessible online, but the new format makes some information more challenging to find, although the overall look and feel is cleaner and nicer.
It is used by our entire organization. We use it for payroll services, as well as for HR management and compliance. We also use our TriNet reps for advice on HR issues and policies.
  • Efficient, consistent execution of the core functions of managing payroll and HR compliance
  • Great customer service from our HR and technical reps, who are very responsive and provide useful advice and/or technical solutions to our questions
  • Relatively easy to access all necessary info and reports online
  • We briefly had our technical support representative switched. The new person was not responsive or effective. Within two months, he had left the company and we had our original rep back, and have been very happy since.
  • The new website interface is cleaner and nicer to look at, but it's a little more challenging to find some of the information or pages I am looking for. I may just need to spend some more time getting accustomed to it.
  • TriNet has helped us stay compliant with HR requirements, and effectively administer our benefits without our staff having to spend any time on it.
We looked at several options, and chose TriNet because they had the best customer service, were located in California (and therefore familiar with California-specific requirements) and were competitively priced.
For small to medium-sized businesses, TriNet has been a great solution to help us access much better insurance rates. It has also helped us feel confident in our HR compliance, policies, and practices without having to hire an expensive FTE with that specific background to build and administer our processes, etc.
