Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Customer Service is stellar and they are always willing to walk you through anything you need help with.
The old website was perfectly usable. If we can keep it, then I'd give it a 10.
We use TriNet for on-boarding, payroll and benefits, as well as consulting for Human Resource matters. With the buying power of TriNet we were able to provide terrific benefits for our employees while still controlling our costs. Their customer service is outstanding.
  • When I send an email to our Client Service Specialist I hear back very quickly. If she is not able to resolve my problem on the spot she follows up until it is resolved.
  • We had a tricky HR matter and TriNet arranged a phone conference with an expert to help us resolve the matter, reducing risk to the organization.
  • TriNet provided an Implementation Specialist who made sure we got up and running successfully.
  • As much as I like TriNet I'm not a fan of the new Beta website. The old site was just fine. Fortunately, I can still link to it.
  • Payroll is more accurate and takes less time. The reports are easy to follow.
  • Our Workers' Comp rate is so much better that it paid for the service fee.
  • We feel confident that we are in compliance where needed.
TriNet is perfect for small organizations who do not have the budget for a full HR department.
