Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It handles payroll and allows us to offer full benefits--very important.
  • Good customers support. You always get to talk to a live person.
  • New website is good.
  • I needed more information on how payroll changes can be made and what minimum pays are in various parts of the country.
  • Allow an easy way to preview the total payroll for the next pay cycle after I have made changes.
Very good customer support.
I am warming up to the new website.
  • All of the above. I could not do it without Trinet.
  • Compliance is a very important aspects.
Trinet provided all the summaries for the Payroll Protection Program. We were approved!

I have checked with Wells Fargo, but they had no benefits.
It would be nice if the employee limit could be 3 and not 5. It will bring more companies in.
