Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I am the administrator who mainly uses TriNet. Due to my role in operations, I use TriNet for payroll, benefit admin and to manage the employees for human resource. Helps us keep compliant.

I give it a rating of 8 because of how effective our rep is to our company. Katrina always responds promptly to any email questions I have. We recently did however have issues for our employee who was on maternity leave when she had questions it was difficult for her to get straight answers from a rep on the phone.
The dashboard is very user-friendly. I do recommend adding more features for reporting and making it easier to access the reports. The dashboard compared to others seems dated as well.

Ability to provide better benefit cost and options for our employees.
For our company it is well suited to take the worry out of conducting payroll, and assist with HR compliance. The benefits options are affordable and helpful for our employees. This is what is most important to us.
