Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

This is used by our entire company for payroll, employer tax returns & HR. Trinet allows us to be up to date and compliant with the latest labor laws across different states and at a federal level.
  • Compliance with different state and federal labor laws.
  • TriNet has a mobile app that has a lot of functionality as an employee and manager.
  • It would be nice if issues or requests regarding time off hours and accruals could be resolved a lot faster.
  • Only one other person is allowed to be the backup approver of time off requests.
Everyone that I have reached out to especially our designated HR and payroll representatives have always been super helpful and responds very quickly. There is a chat feature that I particularly like using when reaching out to customer service since it connects me to someone right away.
TriNet's platform is user friendly and the interface is very clean and professional. Their mobile app is also a great tool for employees and managers alike since you have direct access at the tip of your fingertips. I personally have used it multiple times and recommend it internally as much as I can.
  • When we onboarded with TriNet we immediately had to take several actions to be in compliance with various states. We were surprised but at the same time grateful that we made the switch to TriNet as our PEO. Now we are confident that we will always be aware of and be in compliance with the various state laws and requirements.
TriNet by far is superior in terms of service and platform. Their focus on state and federal compliance is unparalleled compared to the other products I have used in the past.
As someone who has processed payroll with various other companies, TriNet seems to be a robust solution to any company's payroll and HR needs. TriNet is on top of all the states and federal laws and they constantly monitor all of the changes made in the system. I highly recommend TriNet.
