Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
TrustRadius allows our company to be listed on their website and allows our customers to review our solution. The quantity and quality of reviews really helps validate our business.
We are using TrustRadius to show prospects the reviews that come in from our customers. The detail of the reviews are very helpful to better understand what is working and not working.

- It is expensive, especially if you have more than one listing.

We have received many new reviews and ratings on our Vertex Cloud and Vertex O Series listings.
With our current agreement, we are listed only as an partner for the Review Management Program. We would ideally like to start this year with TrustQuotes Marketing Platform and TrustProfile. We are currently also on other 3rd party review sites like G2 Crowd, Capterra and GetApp.
TrustRadius has impacted the relationship I hold with customer support and I am now able to work with them more closely on customers that maybe need more attention.
The content is good but I fear that it is too long for our customers and they only want to write a short review, not a detailed one.

We saw a number of prospects looking for reviews and were already listed on G2 Crpwd and wanted another option for prospects to find out more about Vertex and Vertex's products and solutions and we identified that TrustRadius was an important player for third party review websites in our niche market.
