Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
The product is used for payroll processing in the US and Canada. Back office is for all of your imports and exports. The web is for payroll processing, Employee self service and UTA. Fujitsu has 17 component companies with three of them not using UTA. The only issues I see is at 5 pm central the web product slows down. Hard to process payroll with the issue. In speaking to other customers at Connections 2014, this was a complaint as well.

- UTA needs to be more flexible. Looking forward to the upgrade.
- W2 process is simple
- SaaS needs to be faster.
- More communication when service is interrupted.
- The web needs to have the same functionality as back office.
- Updates should be beta tested by customers first. There has been instances it changes integration.
