Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

We are utilizing Vidyard to create a library of help videos for our users to find information/quick demos on how to use basic features of our software program. Currently, a few members of our Marketing and Tech teams are using this tool. It's been a fun tool to work with and we are continually finding new ways to use it.
  • Easy to use.
  • Integrates with HubSpot.
  • Could provide more analytics.
  • Has helped us generate more leads.
We had a little trouble at first getting our team onto the same Vidyard account since we used the integration through HubSpot. We have been utilizing the phone app since our monitors don't have video and mic capabilities, and we have found video and sound to work really well and download times to be quick.
Vidyard is pretty straightforward and easy to use. We haven't run into much trouble using it so far. We are still exploring a lot of its capabilities, but are overall impressed with what we have seen so far. It's nice that we can use it on our desktop computers, as well as our phones. That's very helpful for us.
Again, we use Vidyard's integration through HubSpot, which is the CRM program we use. We noticed that we weren't able to directly add team members to our company's Vidyard account through Vidyard, but had to add them through HubSpot to get them on the company account. This was a bit confusing and created some challenges, but overall worked ok.
Vidyard is great for help videos and tutorials, basic product demos, sales chats and follow-ups, and specific videos for various marketing campaigns. We don't find this product useful for videos to our teammates, as we are still a small company and it's easier to chat in person rather than via video.
