Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Modus is using Vidyard with our Sales and Customer Success teams to engage with our customers and prospects. As a product manager I both engage with our customers and internal teams to explain our application by sharing my screen and talking over the visual demonstration on a Vidyard recording.

I'm not sure we leverage much or any provided integrations.
Responsiveness is best when you can find the support resources needed on your own. I've never had an issue with finding the information I need via a simple search of Vidyards support documentation or their product communications.
