Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Moving to a cloud-hosed phone system has enabled new features that are much easier to set up and use for not only administrators but also for end-users. Remote phones and connectivity are much easier as well as the ability to work anywhere. The reliability has been excellent and as Cisco adds new features, those features are automatically added to the system. It's great to not have to worry about upgrades and patches anymore.

We have also combined Webex Contact Center for our call center needs and the two products integrate very well and are easy to use.
The platform is very secure and we have several customers that have stringent security requirements and Webex is the ONLY platform they have approved for use.
Webex Calling blows Microsoft Teams out of the water as far as pricing and PSTN connectivity. Microsoft promises a lot up front, but then they don't always deliver as promised after the fact.
