Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Being used across the organization for the management of expenses, especially travel expenses.
  • User friendly.
  • Great app.
  • Simple.
  • I find it easier to create the claim on the desktop app and once a file has been created to add the claims through the app. I have difficulty creating the file through the app. Could be a user error.
  • Staff feel confident when travelling that expenses are easy to manage.
Super easy to use and helps us keep an eye on overall expenses vs submitted/approved.
I've perhaps contacted Webexpenses on one occasion and support was provided very quickly.
Traveling regularly allows us to save time by capturing expenses each day and avoiding a backlog when returning to the office and reconciling all expenses that occurred during the trip.

Webexpenses is extremely useful when I'm traveling and need to keep track of multiple expenses. Very easy to take a photo of the receipt and upload it immediately. It's been a game-changer for when I'm traveling.
